After your first six (6) month support contract, you will have an opportunity to renew your support contract for a minimal price of $200-$700 per 12 month period (prices may vary)

Hardware Replacement:
If your hardware fails, we will put a loaner one in there, ship your bad one back to the manufacturer, and put it back in your restaurant at NO cost to you on labor and shipping.
