Phone Support
As a valued customer, you will be provided with all of our technicians’ company cell phone numbers. Whatever your issues or questions may be, you can contact us via email, trouble ticket system or unlimited 24/7 phone support.


Virtual Support
For all non-critcal issues, you can create a ticket below. Once you've contacted us, we'll start a virtual support session where we can log in and virtually be at your computer without actually being there. We'll be able to see and resolve all your issues immediately!


Onsite Support:
We will be there when you need us. Depending on the urgency of the problem, we'll be there with your approval and we'll resolve your issue 24/7. That's a guarantee!


Menu Programming
Once we have your menu, via email or fax, we will start on your menu programming in our office and test it for accuracy and errors. Once this process is completed, we will use it to train you and your staff. Fine-tuning of the menu will take place throughout this process so your Grand Opening will be a success!


1-Day Onsite Staff Training
During our installation day, we will train your employees, management and owners for that full day. Most employees take about 30-45 minutes to learn; managers and owners take an average of 2-5 hours to learn all the features in our software.


1-Day Onsite Support
On your Grand Opening Day, we'll have our staff onsite for one full day to help you open and close. Before you have your Grand Opening, you should know the software and we'll be there mostly to observe and help with critical malfunctions, missing menu items or just general questions.


Unlimited Classroom Training
You can learn at your own pace, and we understand that sometimes you need extra training and support.There is no charge for you to take an unlimited training course in our office. Our office has the hardware and support you'll need to learn everything you need to know before you open!


6 Months Unlimited Support!
After the first 6 months renewal support will be provided at a minimal cost.


Network Wiring
Wiring your complete network is an added value of Transtar POS. We do our own secure wiring and complete it with keystone jacks, wall plates and testing. That is one extra expense you do not need to worry about: we cover all the cost and labor! Let us do your security cameras as well!


Hardware Testing
Your hardware will be tested in our office for manufacturer defects and will be pre-programmed so that when we arrive onsite, we'll devote most of the time to training and retraining.


Setup Installation
Transtar POS will do the full setup, installation, and making your restaurant ready for your Go-Live date. All you have to do is help us by learning the software!


Hardware Replacement Program
There is a 15% chance that one of your hardwares will fail during the first 3 months. It is a common fact; that's why Transtar POS has a loaner program! As long as you have a support contract, we will replace your bad hardware with a loaner, and we will ship your bad hardware back to the manufacturer to be fixed. You will NOT be charged for shipping, for the loaner hardware or our labor! We will also come back and reinstall your faxed hardware for you at NO additional charge!
